Would you make a blind bid?

There are a few online only auctions in my area. The houses on the outside look nice, one is a brick home. Both locations are in low-crime areas and seem to have great amenities all around which would be great for an investment property. I have never bid on a house without seeing pictures at the very least of the inside. Is this something you would risk? Have you done something like this?
