Question Is real estate in Vietnam cheap?

I would love to maybe move to Vietnam at some point, as I heard it's fairly cheap to live and even rent in Vietnam. Is this true? I plan to build up enough money to eventually move to Vietnam, find a nice place and live the rest of my life in peace and quiet.

To my knowledge, real estate in Vietnam is fairly cheap. It's considered one of the cheapest places to live, and I personally would love to move there one day myself.
