I own three properties in the US

I currently own three (3) properties in the US currently. I would like to eventually expand and buy more properties in other countries, but for now, the US will do. I am looking to purchase another three in the next two years. I already rehabbed the first three houses, and will do the same with any future house I buy. Once I have enough saved up from selling all of these places, or renting some of them, I will then invest in other properties outside of the US.

Congrats on owning that many properties. I've been trying to get more involved in flipping and selling properties, but I need to have more money before I can.

I plan on buying a second home to work on next year. I am waiting for the rates to drop more. I know the housing market is down around 22% but once it hits 30%, I will be looking. There is a house not too far from here that was $600,000 just a year ago and has dropped to $375,000.
