Question Cost of property in Africa?

What would the cost of owning property in Africa be? I have considered buying property in Africa to build affordable homes and places to help people in need. I don't make a lot of money but I at least would like to do my part.

It depends on the area and how much you have for a budget. I have never been to Africa, but I imagine there is some fairly cheap property out there. But consider that there may be other issues. In the more populated areas, it'll probably be cheaper, but in other areas you might be paying double or more.
