I am wondering how everyone goes about having agreements made to protect them legally. Like in terms of renting out your property, what is the best approach to writing up a legal agreement to ensure your property is protected as well as your interests?

You can type it out yourself or you can hire someone online to have one made for you. Some banks also will provide them and you can have a bank agent sit in with you and the tenant when both parties agree to have it be super secure.

I also prefer to have agreement written by myself than concern with lawyers so we can make sure that we cover all points which we need for safety of house and maintain in good condition. You can find readymade templates online for your reference.
